Location & meeting point

• We operate from one location only: Purple Island, Al Thakira (Al Khor) 🏝️ (around 50 minutes from Doha).
• Please come by your own transport to: “AquaSports Qatar Eco Camp – Mangrove Kayaking Center” (Google Maps).

Booking & confirmation

• Please book online to receive your invoice + confirmation email.
• Your confirmation email includes: meeting point, what to bring, and invoice details.
• We will contact you only if the trip is changed or canceled.

Food & add-ons

• After booking, you can pre-order add-ons (sandwiches, pizza 🍕🍔, etc.) to enjoy during your trip.

Arrival & camp facilities

• We recommend arriving 1 hour before (or staying 1 hour after) to enjoy the area.
• Camp facilities are available, and you may use our complimentary BBQ equipment 🔥.
• Camp access is for tour guests only, and facilities can be used up to 2 hours after your kayaking tour.

Payment options

• Cash on arrival
• Card payment (POS) — no extra fees
• Bank transfer (using the details in your invoice)

Tour basics

• No minimum number to join 😊
• We operate daily all year round (weekdays, weekends, summer)

Ladies-only note

• We do not offer ladies-only days.
• Tours are family-friendly, and our team (guides/lifeguards) are male (no female staff currently).
• All tours are escorted by trained guides/lifeguards for safety.

Private rental / VIP terrace

• The camp is not available for private rental.
• The upper private terrace can be reserved only with the Golden VIP Package (extra charge).

Trip timing (important)

• Trip times depend on availability, weather, and tide level.
• Available times will appear after you select your date—click the green “Available” button to view slots.

Transportation (not included)

• Transportation is not included.
• You can come by your own car, or use Uber / Karwa Taxi.
  • Note: Uber may not always be available, and returning to Doha may be delayed.
  • We recommend booking your return ride in advance.
  • Estimated one-way fare from Doha: 70–90 QAR.

Public transport option

• Bus R702 from Lusail QNB Metro Station (multiple stops = longer trip).
• Ask the driver to drop you at the main road near AquaSports entrance.
• Then walk about 500 meters to the camp.
• For safety, we recommend doing this during daylight (same for return).

• المكان ؟؟: مخيم أكواسبورتس قطر – مركز كاياك المانجروف في جزيرة بن غنام (الجزيرة البنفسجية) – الخور 🏝️  (تقريبا 50 دقيقة من الدوحة 🚗). المواصلات غير مشمولة، لذلك الحضور يكون بشكل شخصي.

• يرجي إتمام الحجز أونلاين لاستلام الفاتورة ورسالة التأكيد. ستجدون في الإيميل رابط موقع التجمع، والأغراض المطلوبة، وتفاصيل الدفع. سيتم التواصل فقط في حال تغيير أو إلغاء الرحلة.
• بعد إتمام الحجز، يمكنكم الاطلاع على قائمة الإضافات وطلب خيارات شهية مثل السندويشات 🍔 والبيتزا 🍕 وغيرها—لتستمتعوا بوجبة مميزة خلال مغامرتكم 🌊.
  
• للوصول إلى المخيم يمكنكم استخدام أوبر أو تاكسي كروة. ملاحظات مهمة ⚠️: قد يحدث تأخير في العودة إلى الدوحة، وقد لا تكون خدمة أوبر متاحة دائمًا—لذا ننصح بشدة بحجز رحلة العودة مسبقًا فور الوصول.  
  
• ننصح بالوصول قبل الرحلة بساعة (أو البقاء ساعة بعد العودة) للاستمتاع بالمكان. المخيم مجهز بكامل الخدمات، ويمكنكم استخدام معدات الشواء مجانًا 🔥.
• خيارات الدفع: كاش عند الوصول ، أو الدفع بالبطاقة البنكية (POS) 💳 بدون أي رسوم إضافية، أو تحويل بنكي  حسب بيانات الفاتورة.
  
• لا يوجد حد أدنى للحجز 😊. نعمل يوميًا طوال العام—صيفًا وشتاءً، خلال الأسبوع وعطلة نهاية الأسبوع .
• تنويه: لا توجد أيام مخصصة للسيدات فقط. أغلب رحلاتنا للعائلات، وفريق العمل (المرشدين/المنقذين) ذكور—ولا يوجد طاقم نسائي. جميع الرحلات تكون بصحبة المرشد/المنقذ لضمان السلامة .
• مخيم أكواسبورتس غير متاح للحجز أو الإيجار الخاص. المخيم مخصص فقط لعملاء رحلات الكاياك، ويمكن استخدامه بحد أقصى ساعتين بعد انتهاء الجولة. ويمكن حجز الجلسة العلوية الخاصة فقط ضمن الباقة الذهبية VIP ✨ (برسوم إضافية).
• مواعيد الرحلات تعتمد على التوفر وحالة الطقس ومنسوب المد والجزر. ستظهر الرحلات المتاحة بعد اختيار التاريخ—يرجى الضغط على زر “Available” باللون الأخضر لعرض الأوقات وعدد الأماكن المتاحة.

Tide levels play a big role in which waterways we can access, and choosing the right time helps make your tour smoother, longer, and more enjoyable.

⚠️ Please note: we can’t be responsible for any limited access or route changes if a tour is booked during low or medium tide.

🛶 لضمان تجربة كياك سلسة وممتعة داخل غابات المانغروف، ننصحكم بمراجعة جدول المدّ والجزر قبل إتمام الحجز. 🌴
فمستوى المدّ يؤثر بشكل مباشر على إمكانية الوصول لبعض الممرات المائية داخل المحمية، واختيار التوقيت المناسب يساعدكم على الاستمتاع بالجولة بأفضل شكل.

⚠️ تنويه مهم: تخلي الشركة مسؤوليتها عن أي تأخير أو صعوبة في الوصول أو محدودية في المسار في حال تم حجز الجولة خلال أوقات المدّ المنخفض أو المتوسط.

** High Tide 🌊: During a Super High Tide or High Tide, the water level rises—making it the best time to explore the mangrove channels 🌿. It becomes easier to glide through the hidden waterways and access areas that may be shallow at other times, giving you a more immersive kayaking experience 🛶 -It is safe and highly recommended 👍 for those looking to explore the beauty of the mangroves from a different perspective. 

  منسوب المدّ العالي:  يرتفع منسوب المياه، مما يجعلها أفضل الأوقات لاستكشاف ممرات غابات المانغروف . يسهّل ذلك الدخول إلى المسارات المائية الممتعة والوصول إلى مناطق قد تكون ضحلة في أوقات أخرى، لتعيشوا تجربة كياك أكثر متعة واندماجًا. آمن ويُنصح به بشدة 👍 لمن يرغب في استكشاف جمال المانغروف من زاوية مختلفة.

**Medium / Low Tide 🌊: During medium to low tide, kayaking into the mangrove channels 🌳 may not be possible due to the shallow water. Instead, we’ll enjoy a beautiful scenic paddle around Purple Island 🏝️ through calm, shallow waters.
Please note: you may need to walk a short distance 🚶‍♂️ to reach the kayaks when the water level is low—but don’t worry, it’s still a peaceful and lovely experience

منسوب المد المتوسط / المد المنخفض :  قد لا يكون الدخول إلى ممرات المانغروف 🌳 بالكياك ممكنًا بسبب انخفاض منسوب المياه. في هذه الحالة ستكون الجولة في المياه الضحلة والهادئة أمام الجزيرة البنفسجية 🏝️ لتستمتعوا بمناظر طبيعية جميلة وتجربة مريحة.
يرجى الملاحظة: قد تحتاجون إلى المشي لمسافة قصيرة 🚶‍♂️ للوصول إلى قوارب الكاياك عند انخفاض الماء—ولا داعي للقلق، ما زالت تجربة هادئة وجميلة 🛶✨.
